All those seeking voting membership status must attend at least
one general meeting before the application process can be completed.
All prospective members should print, fill out, and
sign the application and
Code of Ethics, which should both be returned with appropriate dues to Kathy
McIndoe, our membership chair, at 3005 E Angela Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85032.
Please make sure that you have two sponsors signatures BEFORE submitting your application. We can not vote in new members without sponsers. If you don't know anyone in the club yet to sponsor you, please attend one of our meetings and we will help you out.
